Linda was born and raised in Boone, North Carolina. She was a Watauga High School graduate, and then attended Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC, where she was a business grad. She was a paralegal for 7 years (Charleston SC & Boone NC) and in commercial banking for 8 years (First Union & High Country Bank, Boone NC). She has been a title agent for 16 years.
Titus is a Veteran, having served in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate from Baptist College (now Charleston Southern). He retired as Chief of Probation/Parole of Avery County.
Together, Titus and Linda opened Carolina Mountain Title in 2009. They have been married for 35 years, and have two children, ages 30 and 27.

Kelly was born and raised in Boone, spending much of her childhood downtown at the Appalachian Theatre with her parents, CJ and Polly Hayes, who ran the theatre for many years. She completed the paralegal technology program at Caldwell Community College and worked as a real estate paralegal for 18 years before starting with Carolina Mountain Title in 2009.
Outside of work, Kelly rescues and cares for special needs animals and wildlife and spends time with her adult daughters, Kinsey and Kloie.

Jamie is originally from Boone and currently lives in the Foscoe community. She graduated from Western Carolina University with a BSBA in Marketing. She started working with local real estate attorneys in 2002 before working as real estate lender and lending assistant at a local bank. Jamie began working for Carolina Mountain Title in 2012. She is married to Matt and has one son, Luke.

Lyndsay is originally from southeastern North Carolina, but has lived and worked in the High Country since 2010. She has her Paralegal Technology degree from Johnston Community College, and has been a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal since 2007. She has worked as a paralegal in many facets of law, in both the public and private sectors. Lyndsay began working for Carolina Mountain Title in 2016, and is a licensed title agent. She is married with 2 children and resides in Banner Elk, NC.
